Deublin Writes Its Next Chapter
We are very pleased to announce that Deublin Company has become part of the Hoerbiger Group, a privately-held industrial company headquartered in Switzerland. Like Deublin, Hoerbiger started as a family-owned firm that, by making strong commitments to its employees and building strong relationships with customers, grew into a global leader. Today, Hoerbiger has nearly 7,000 employees in more than 50 countries around the world, providing components for reciprocating compressors, gas engines and automobile transmissions as well as comprehensive explosion protection solutions to a variety of industries.
Deublin will operate as a stand-alone division of Hoerbiger, continuing to provide highly engineered rotating unions and electrical slip rings to customers around the world. Deublin’s management team and personnel will remain in place. “With HOERBIGER we have found a new home that offers exciting possibilities. With their long-term perspective, focused on people and the business, it will allow us to grow and develop our company”, stated Deublin President and COO Ron Kelner.
Hoerbiger and Deublin have a shared history providing mission-critical solutions to industry, a shared ambition to provide products and services that are second to none, a shared belief that people are the most valuable resource, and a shared commitment to growth. “Deublin being both a strategic and cultural fit for Hoerbiger is what makes me so happy about this deal. Together we have the ingredients for a solid future and excel as a Group,” concludes Jürgen Zeschky.
The agreement will be finalized in the coming weeks, pending approval by appropriate regulatory agencies. During and even after this time, Deublin will conduct “business as usual”, with no anticipated effect to the daily work of our customers and employees.
